Welcome to WUCJ Tools. By using this website, member features, or any WUCJ Tools tool section, you agree to use the services under these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant services.

1. Nature of the service

WUCJ Tools provides general-purpose online tools and educational content. Most basic tools are currently free. If paid plans or other paid features are introduced, pricing, included features, payment terms, and applicable refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

2. Results and backups

Tools are provided on an “as is” basis. Results may vary by browser, device, file format, encryption, or third-party library. Keep original backups of important data and verify output files before relying on them.

3. User responsibilities

You must not use the services for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized security testing, malicious interference, malware distribution, or other abusive conduct. You are responsible for having the right to process, convert, or share the files and content you use.

4. Local processing and third-party services

Some tools prioritize in-browser processing. Certain features may load third-party libraries, Google services, Cloudflare resources, or other online dependencies. See each tool page and the Privacy Policy for the applicable processing model.

5. Member accounts

Member features use Google sign-in. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and devices. If you suspect unusual activity, use the Member Center to sign out devices or contact WUCJ Tools.

6. Advertising and external links

The site may display Google AdSense or other third-party advertising and may link to external websites. Third-party content, transactions, and data practices are governed by those providers’ own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

Except for third-party libraries, trademarks, external materials, or content otherwise identified, WUCJ Tools’ original interface, text, and owned visual materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Unauthorized mass copying, repackaging, or impersonation of the service is prohibited.

8. Changes and availability

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical constraints, third-party changes, or other operational needs. WUCJ Tools will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose.

9. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for determining whether outputs meet their needs. For important, professional, regulated, or high-risk uses, use appropriate specialist tools or independent review. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
